OEE nedir ve OEE nin açılımı nediri kısaca açıklamaya çalışalım. OEE İngilizce (Overall equipment effectiveness) Türkçe olarakda “Toplam Ekipman Etkinliği” olarak ifade edilir. Bir işletmedeki üretim operasyonunun ne kadar verimli kullanıldığını sunan hesaplama aracıdır.
Örneğin bir CNC makinası hiç kesintisiz 24 saat üretim gerçekleştiriyorsa üretim verimi %100 olarak hesaplanır. Aynı şekilde bir günde 15 saat üretim gerçekleşiyorsa üretim verimi %62,5 olarak hesaplanır.
